INVITES. neigh*borrow does not sell any of the email addresses we collect through the invitation process. We may use these addresses to remind people about their invitation and to alert them about news, partnerships, updates, etc. related to the beta. neigh*borrow has an opt-out policy to which we strictly adhere. To remove yourself from a neigh*borrow mailing list simply click the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of the message, REPLY to the EMAIL with the word REMOVE in the subject line. If you find yourself receving emails after you unsubscribe, please email privacy@neighborrow.com FROM the email address you want removed and include any other email addresses in the body.
Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personal and demographic information when you sign up for an account. Personal information may include: full name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Demographic information is information that is not personally identifiable and includes zip code, postal code, city and state.
When you sign up for an account you will be asked to create a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

This information includes but is not limited to your feedback score, lost or damaged items, timliness of pickups, drop-offs and other meetings, abuses on our terms, etc. This information may be used in conjunction with any of our algorithms, rating systems, insurance policies, promotions, credit worthiness.
Updating Your Information and E-mail Preferences
You may modify your personal information or demographic information and change your promotional e-mail preferences anytime by logging into your account.
You may modify or remove any and all information from our database by emailing us.
You may also opt out of promotional mail by emailing uswith the word “Remove” in the subject field.
Invite a Friend
The Site may include an automated invitation tool allowing you to send an e-mail invitation to a friend to create an account. The invitation e-mail will include a way for the recipient to remove their e-mail address from our database. The invited friend can also emailing us with the word “Remove” in the subject field. Please do not send more than one invitation to the same person. The information entered in the friend invitation tool will not be sold to a third party.
Other Information
We log a visitor’s IP address, computer operating system, browser software and Internet Service Provider. We use this information to improve the Site and aid Site administration. The log information is not personally identifiable.
We may share with our sponsors and advertisers aggregate demographic data based on collected IP addresses. Aggregate demographic information does not identify individuals.
We use return e-mail addresses to answer the comments that we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We dispose of such addresses after a response is sent or in the normal course of business.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect on our Site personal information from children under the age of 14. We will reject registrations and remove information from our database which we believe to be received from or relating to individuals under the age of 14.

When a contestant logs into the contestants section, our server places a session cookie to maintain the session; the cookie lasts until the session becomes idle or is ended by the user.
